Lost Your Membership Card?

If you have lost or misplaced your membership card we can easily replace it. Please visit Baulkham Hills Sports reception to see if your card has been handed in. Otherwise a new card will be issued. Please note that if a member is frequently getting replacement cards, then a charge of $2 will apply for the third and future replacement. This is up to the discretion of Reception Staff and Management.
